The AIRMAR SensorCheck™ App, when paired with the TDT1000 Transducer Diagnostic Tester, facilitates the comparison of a transducer's performance in the field with its original AIRMAR factory specifications. This tool is designed to provide an accurate assessment of transducers, whether traditional or CHIRP-ready, that operate within frequencies ranging from 10 kHz to 500 kHz.
To utilize this diagnostic system, install the SensorCheck™ app on your Bluetooth LE-enabled smart device, establish a connection with the TDT1000, and proceed with the testing process. For CHIRP-ready models and traditional models 1kW and higher, the TDT1000 will automatically retrieve XducerID® information, including details such as transducer model, frequency, part number, serial number, total run time, and maximum internal ceramic temperature.
Upon completion of the test, the system will determine whether the results fall within the specified range or not and generate detailed test reports. These reports can be conveniently shared with the boat owner or forwarded directly to an AIRMAR technician via email or text message. The SensorCheck™ App also streamlines the process of warranty submission to AIRMAR for technicians.
The TDT1000 kit includes essential components such as the test unit, TDT Test block, power supply, break-out box for bare wire transducers, and a sturdy carrying case. Note that Additional OEM Test Cables are necessary for testing purposes and are available for purchase separately.
